Incorporating a natural cycle, this intriguing treatment uses 100% organic cosmetics from Inlight Beauty founded in Cornwall, England. Inlight Beauty formulations use plants grown by an organic and natural method called biodynamic farming, incorporating spiritual and mystical perspectives such as the position of celestial bodies as set out in an astrological sowing and planting calendar. New Moon
New Moon The energies of the Moon and the Sun are balanced during the New Moon, enabling perfect equilibrium for each individual. During this phase, take advantage of the opportunities for regeneration by providing beneficial nutrients for your skin to absorb.

First Quarter Moon
First Quarter While the light increases, the Moon symbolizes the process of absorption, replenishment, and regeneration. The First Quarter is the perfect time to rejuvenate and radiate the skin, completing the care cycle.

Full Moon
We receive the greatest light and energy when the Moon is brightest. At this time of climax and achievement, cleanse your skin deeply, and work on ‘resetting’.

Third Quarter Moon
Third Quarter After the Full Moon, light decreases during the Third Quarter. Now we are ready to release what we do not need, so this is the perfect time to detoxify and purify.

*Anyone with allergies, currently undergoing treatment, or similar possible concerns regarding undertaking spa treatments, please be sure to consult a doctor and let us know in advance when making a reservation. We are sorry, but in some cases you may not be able to receive treatments.
*As a general rule, our spa treatments are for people aged 16 years and over.
*Please arrive at the reception on the 29th floor at least 10 minutes before the reservation time. Mizuki Spa recommends arriving 60 minutes before the booking time. As well as staff being able to listen carefully to your requests, you can experience the treatment in a more relaxed state by slowly warming your body at the Heat & Water Experience (hot bath facility).

- Automatic hand sanitizer sprays have been installed throughout the hotel.
- Please sanitize your hands, check your temperature, and wear a mask while visiting.

Mizuki Spa & Fitness, specifically:
- Please arrive wearing a mask. Your therapist will be wearing a mask all the time, yet we kindly request you also wear a mask when possible.
- Upon arrival, you will be asked to fill out a health condition questionnaire. Please note that treatment may be declined, depending on the customer’s health condition.
- In places where a mask cannot be worn such as in bath facilities, we request you not talk too much and maintain social distance.
- The number of people may be limited to ensure the spa and locker room area is not crowded.
