Enjoy limited-time dinners, a vibrant lunch buffet featuring holiday-exclusive dishes, and beautifully crafted take-out cakes perfect for gifting or celebrating at home. In honor of our 20th anniversary, we are also unveiling a special Advent calendar filled with surprises to make your holiday even more memorable. In addition, countdown parties will be held to celebrate the New Year, and hotel guests can also enjoy toshikoshi soba and traditional osechi cuisine through in-room dining. At Collage, a modern French restaurant that incorporates techniques from various countries, we present a limited course focusing on high-quality Japanese ingredients like Iwate Platinum Pork and Omi duck from Shiga. Osechi (Japanese New Year's food)
This limited-time add-on plan, available exclusively to guests staying at Conrad Tokyo on December 31 or January 1, offers a single-tier osechi box (for 2–3 people, featuring nine dishes) specially crafted by the hotel’s executive chef. The menu highlights premium ingredients and refined flavors, blending Japanese and Western traditions with selections such as black soybeans, candied sardines, cured herring roe, red and white namasu and kamaboko, chestnut sweet potato, wagyu roast beef, king crab brandade, scallops with truffle, and caviar pancakes.
