He strives for excellence in creating menus with new discoveries, making full use of ingredient combinations and various cooking methods to bring out natural flavor to the fullest. He also has extensive experience in banquet service.

He excels in offering authentic Japanese cuisine where you can fully enjoy the flavors of the four seasons. He also places high effort in creating menus that can be enjoyed by customers from across the world.

She is a top-level sommelier in Japan who has won various awards and competitions including the 2023 Tokyo Meister. She is responsible for all beverage operations.

He is the bar manager at Bar & Lounge "TwentyEight,“ where he creates cocktails with a unique twist. He achieved 2nd place in the Hilton x Bacardi Pina Colada Competition.
