Masashi Mizuguchi, Executive Chef, Conrad Tokyo
Oversees all menus and cuisine provided at Conrad Tokyo, including the hotel’s four restaurants, bar & lounge, executive lounge, banquets, and room service.
Masaki Okazaki, Executive Pastry Chef
Masterfully oversees all our sweets and pastries at Conrad Tokyo, including the renowned afternoon tea and sweets buffet. Celebrated for his creativity and leadership, he has delighted guests with innovative confections and experiences at numerous high-profile events.
Takuma Kageyama, Head Chef, Modern French “Collage”
He strives for excellence in creating menus with new discoveries, making full use of ingredient combinations and various cooking methods to bring out natural flavor to the fullest. He also has extensive experience in banquet service.
Daichi Muramatsu, Head Chef, Japanese “Kazahana”
He excels in offering authentic Japanese cuisine where you can fully enjoy the flavors of the four seasons. He also places high effort in creating menus that can be enjoyed by customers from across the world.
